'Crown' window, artist and date unknown.

The quotation, "Non coronabitur nisi qui legitine certaverit", is from 2 Timothy. It translates as something like "Without a legitimate battle there is no victory," or “He does not receive the crown unless he competes lawfully”. [Note that the word 'legitime' is misspelled on the window]
